Its not like my life at the moment is easier, I am currently overwhelmed by the stuff I move through, the emotions that come up, but I also feel the immense peace and presence more often. Its worth to let go. Its worth to go beyond boundaries.

And our core is made of resilience, hope, and an indomitable will to keep moving forward.
With every hardship, we gain a layer of strength, a bit of wisdom, and a clearer vision of who we are and what we’re capable of. This isn’t just survival; it’s evolution.
Maybe today was rough. Maybe tomorrow’s looking the same.
But there’s something in you that’s tougher than any challenge — it’s your spirit.
And it’s unbreakable.
Rest assured that you are not alone. You have a team of other spirits always by your side, remember that in the dark moments.
Even if the outside world is looking like shit, remember, there is a light in you that cannot be blown out. An infinite light, waiting for you the be seen and expanded…
