Summary

In "ARC OF THE IMMORTALS Book 2," Touzdae adapts to life aboard the Mu, dealing with her past and aiding in the crew's quest to return to Earth through time rifts, while Jac becomes central to the ship's navigational efforts.

Abstract

The narrative continues in "ARC OF THE IMMORTALS Book 2," where Touzdae, after three months aboard the Mu, grapples with her new environment and the loss of her memory crystal. She is visited by her childhood sweetheart, Davo Kristos, and learns of the Captain's obsession with returning to a planet where he left behind his love, MuWee, and two female stewards. Meanwhile, Jac, who has regained his strength, is tasked with analyzing the arc's telemetry to assist in their journey back to Earth. The crew believes Touzdae's presence has caused a significant shift in the ship's vibrational energy, which has renewed hope for their mission. Touzdae, despite her own search for her mate, agrees to help guide the ship home, driven by her connection with Jac and a mysterious encounter with her future self.

Touzdae: Three Months Aboard The Mu

“Captain Tommalar will come this afternoon to see you at 1500 hours,” Suke told Touzdae.

“Is that three in the afternoon?” Touzdae wondered twirling her cane in the air.

“Yes. But I wouldn’t be so cavalier about meeting with him. This is important,” Suke said.

Touzdae put the nub of the cane to the deck and leaned into it. She hobbled toward the hatch.

Touzdae: Do you think he will give me something to do or placate me?”

Suke: The former. This meeting is important. Something on the ship has changed besides your healing progress. You feel it, don’t you?”

Touzdae: I suppose.

Suke: Have you given up your search for your mate? The one not in any database?

Touzdae: I guess. [I haven’t given up searching for him, I have suspended the search for now, she thought. I wish I could remember his name or the look of his face.]

She remembered his essence, That will have to be enough for now. The ache for him gnawed at her in a great longing.

Jac: Three Weeks Aboard the Mu

Jac regained his strength and mobility after a few weeks. Phorae stayed on board. Captain Tommalar had Jac, Suke, and Geordae Phorae gathered for a meal. Tommalar told the story of their journey so deep in space and their failed attempts to return.

“The arc is strong. It ends on the other side of this galaxy. It goes through three galaxies. It arrives in the fourth galaxy — or as we call it the Sircoos Can-dais Galaxy. And to Gaia/Earth.

“We traveled through it and ended here in this line galaxy. All our efforts to get back into it and travel back to Terra have failed. You, Jac, are our last hope. I am happy that you came here to complete your debt.

“If you are agreeable I will send you all files and telemetry on the arc, for your analysis. Do you agree?”

“I do.”

Afterward, Phorae volunteered his help and Needlecrafts “if need be,” he said.

Captain Tommalar in the alternate universe painted a different picture. Touzdae was the recipient of his tales of woe. He spent days detailing the structure of the arc and its decay. The 60 times they had attempted to enter the arc. The last time the effects damaged the ship “we made a forced landing on a moon with a minimal oxygen atmosphere”.

“Repairs took ten years,” he told her

“You are our last hope,” he concluded.

“Can you give me three reasons in writing why you think I can help you enter the arc? Please not now. Write them down on paper and have them delivered to my quarters. Also, our final destination. Please do this. Then I will give you my answer.”

“Granted. You will have my reasons and the destination, in 36 hours or less.”

Jac made a review of the files. The arc was a means of fast travel with fixed space-time positions. Travel to the place of his birth could lead anyone forward from the past to a future to his birthplace. It was his birth. It was the resurrection of Nez after her transformation. And it was the death of his biological mother. Travel back and it arrives at the Sircoos Can-dais Galaxy of Gaia/Terra.

If they took it to the beginning they could arrive before they left.

Touzdae received the paper in a sealed pouch. Hand-delivered by one of the Captain’s personal servants with the utmost care. She opened it with a palm scan, voice print identification, and an eye scan. She removed the paper and unfolded it. Glancing at the writing she held it to her chest and felt Tommalar’s vibrations.

A part of the Captain’s journey revealed itself to her: MuWee was a tall willowy woman from Lemuria. Her ship had crashed on a remote planet with a narrow temperate zone. After breaking free from the Reptoid conflict they were freed. Twelve scout ships had landed on a remote planet. The crew and passengers were in need of shore leave. The temperate zone was in the summer season. MuWee was the last surviving member of a three-person crew. She was delighted to see many Atlanteans, some of Lemurian descent, including Tommalar. Tommalar felt a strong bond with her, and they fell in love. The reason she did not join the Mu: a massive earthquake and some skullduggery. The Captain thought by the Gypsums. The Captain obsessed over his decision to put crew and passengers over his own desires to save her. The earthquake and an accident made their departure two short. Two female stewards — left behind. He obsessed over that too. He felt by rejoining the arc he could arrive back on the planet near the time when he left and rejoin with MuWee.

She read the three reasons. One was the change in vibration. “Everyone on board, myself included has felt a significant shift in vibration. It’s higher than it has ever been. The seers believe you are the cause or the trigger for the higher vibration. You possess a good blend of intuition and reasoning and you have deep compassion for all beings. Because many of us feel this higher vibration, hope, faith, and trust is stronger in me and ship-wide too.

“Earth is our final destination. And there are MuWee and the female stewards that were accidentally left behind. MuWee is the love of my life. I would live with her on that planet, if necessary. And turn the ship over to my First Mate, the Chief Executive Officer, to take the ship to Earth. But only if necessary.”

An honest and compassionate Atlantian, Touzdae thought. How do I know about their aggressive and manipulative nature — these Atlantians? “Hmm…” she said aloud. She used the com system to the Captain to accept the responsibility to guide them home.

After getting off the com she continued to talk aloud to herself.

“I know there is a way to get back to my Jac,” her face lit up. She smiled. Light and Love flowed out of her. She felt his arms around her, and her’s around him. His unique scent. The whispering kisses on her neck and face. His face.

A luminous being appeared in her quarters. It was an older version of herself imbued with a golden-white-light aura. It lasted only seconds.

Jac sighed. He felt Touzdae’s presence for a few seconds and told her and himself:

“Everything is going to be okay.”
