This Week’s Prompt: 3–9.08
All things humbleness.

Good morning/afternoon/evening, now and forever!
A new exciting week in Know Thyself family is starting, with new opportunities to share, read and reflect. I hope you’ve been enjoying the journeys these prompts took you on. Personally, reading everyone’s articles is the highlight of my days.
Last week we touched a little bit on what it means to heal oneself. The reason why I’m saying we barely scratched the surface, is because there are many little puzzle pieces that form the big picture. Healing in itself is evolution and there are plenty of things equally as significant that come into play when we refer to human evolution.
One of them is learning to be humble. When I think of humbleness, I don’t think of it as being submissive, modest or a “pleb”, as the dictionary explains. I view humbleness as a quality one develops throughout life as a result of hardships and eye opening experiences.
You know those moments when kids say something outstandingly wise and you are mindblown by how a tiny soul can carry so much understanding, compassion and kindness?
Or when an extremely ill person speaks with excitement and joy about how beautiful life is?
I’m talking about those unique moments. It could be an experience you’ve lived through personally or a sentence someone said to you in passing that changed your outlook on life. I’m talking about that one time when you were humbled. Or the several times.
As always, be as creative as you wish! There’s no right or wrong, there just is.
I’m looking forward to reading everyone’s stories!
