This Is Your Reminder That Your Healing Journey Is Not In Vain

You’re doing great, and I’m so proud of you.

A healing journey can sometimes feel incredibly lonely. It makes us wonder, “what is the purpose behind this? Why am I doing so much inner work if my life used to be way easier before?”.

The thing is, it was indeed easier, but it was not fulfilling. It was not the life you truly wanted — it was the life you were programmed to live.

However, no matter how many times your intuition tells you you’re doing the right thing, you still feel hopeless.

I’m here to remind you that your inner struggle is not in vain.

You’re Experiencing Exactly What You Need To Experience

Your healing journey is not in vain because the Universe gives us exactly what we need to grow and evolve.

Your healing journey is not in vain because you need to accept your shadow — and the bigger the light, the bigger the shadow.

The hopelessness you feel is probably stemming from your ego’s resistance to change. Tell your ego it’s not in charge anymore.

You true self is in charge now — or, at least, it’s trying to be.

You’re allowed to change. You’re allowed to start over. You’re allowed to make different choices. You’re allowed to pursue a different degree, or career, or lifestyle.

You’re allowed to let go of old habits and relationships that have been inhibiting your growth. You’re allowed to release friends an relatives who no longer serve you.

There’s something really beautiful about having the courage to say “no, I don’t want this anymore. I desire better. I deserve better”. And that’s what you’re doing, right? So, give yourself some credit.

In Your Dark Night of The Soul Will Soon Be Over, I Promise, I wrote:

“I know it probably doesn’t feel like it, but this is for your highest good.

It’s for your highest good because your past is still controlling your present reality, whether you’re aware of it or not. And you need to learn how to live with it first.

It’s for your highest good because your wounds need healing and your emotions need to be released.

It’s for your highest good because there is no growth without discomfort, and there is no healing without pain.

It’s for your highest good because you deserve to be free from outside forces and expectations.”

I’m So Proud of You

I’m so proud of you for choosing to heal.

I’m so proud of you for doing the deep, heavy, messy work.

I’m so proud of your courage to turn inward in a world filled with people, situations, and circumstances that try to numb our emotions.

I’m so proud of you for knowing that we must release what is not ours in order to receive what is.

For knowing that you are worth everything and that you deserve to finally find the peace your soul has been searching for.

I’m so proud of you for learning to say no. For understanding that you’re a unique being with unique traits and a unique mission.

I’m so proud of you for embracing your softness and your sensitivity.

For embracing the idea that maybe the most beautiful kind of growth happens in the darkest times.

I am so proud of you for showing up for yourself, no matter how messy it gets.

I’m so proud of you for daring to become the person you know you were meant to be.

You should be proud of yourself too.

You’re worthy of love and abundance just as you are. There’s nothing to prove. There’s no one to impress. You’re worthy right now, in this present moment.
