This is why Sunday is the most anxious day of the week
This article is perfect for people who feel anxious every Sunday
Have you ever felt anxious on Sunday?
Since I was a child, Sunday for me is synonymous with anxiety and depressive feelings.
When I was at school, Sunday afternoon meant the day of anticipation of the beginning of a new week and now when working it is exactly the same thing.
Suffering in anticipation is a serious thing that silently control us
On Sunday afternoons I’m always suffering from the anticipation of the beginning of the week. On this day I don’t like to leave the house because if I leave it seems that the day ends faster and so I stay at home suffering with my thoughts and I stay quiet on the couch hoping that time will make up for more of my weekend.
During this time, I try to distract myself as much as I can and not think about how I have to go to work the next day.
Monday is bad because it’s the beginning of the week but Sunday afternoon is much worse believe me.
I often think about this, am I the only person like this on the face of the Earth?
The weekend should definitely be extended to three days as in some Nordic countries, but maybe even then I was not without anxieties.
Do you also feel that way about Sunday? Tell me everything in the comments! Now I’m curious to know if I’m the only person suffering from these thoughts.
