This Is How Much Money I Made From Writing My 19-Minute Story

Don’t lose hope; your old stories can still make you money.

Suddenly it is paying off, my very, very long post on how to lose weight through exercise.

It was a follow-up from one of my most-read articles here, yes, another weight loss story, but it was a personal story too.

Like many of you, I tried to replicate my “success,” but we get disappointed when we expect things to happen and they don’t.

But as writers, we need to learn quickly from our failures because there will be many along the way. It is just the way it is for us.

And even our inner critic would pound on our thoughts to make us quit.

I Wrote a 19-minute Read On How To Lose Weight Exercising

It wasn’t easy, but it was rewarding. After I finished writing a story that long, over 4,500 words, I was able to tell myself that I could do anything as a writer.

Even in our failures, we get life lessons.

Money.

As to how much I made this month from this story?

There are a few more days left in February, and it earned me $5.12 already, Arigato Money! For many months the story wasn’t even read. So far, I have made $8.37 from it.

I practice the art of gratitude because I welcome every cent that comes my way, it puts food on my table, and it is a nudge for me to keep writing.

Success will come, and I know it.
