Things I’m unlearning for Myself
There are things we often have to unlearn so we can be much happier

There are things we end up doing in our lives that are not at all beneficial to ourselves, these things I’m trying to unlearn them because they just hurt my mental health.
We cannot demean ourselves in certain situations when we know that they do us no good, things that can be very harmful.
Below I’m going to leave a list of things That I’m gradually trying to change in my life.
→ Sacrificing my voice/beliefs to avoid conflict
→ Ignoring my own boundaries to please other people
→ Pretending like I’m fine instead of asking for support
→ Distracting from hard feelings instead of processing them
→ Seeking external validation over self-assurance
→ Making myself smaller to fit into social situations
Have you ever been involved in situations like this that are described above? In my life, these are the worst of them all.
Along with this, I try to fight my anxieties and my fears.
Mental health is very important and we often give it up for countless reasons.
