Secrets to die for

Losing weight is not about losing weight. It is about feeling light on our feet. Having some wind in our hair is the best feeling in the world.

Now, people complain to me all the time. Most of them accuse me of guarding the secrets for a healthy life close to my chest. No, that is not true. I am going to reveal all today.

Right here, right now.

Sleep 22 Hours A Day.

Sleeping 22 hours a day puts us in the same category as Lions (21 hours daily) and Koalas (22 hours daily). Look at the vitality they display in the wild!

The Lion is seldom awake. When he does, he yawns. Apparently, his yawn is so impressive that all animals in the entire forest trembled with fear. That is brilliant, is that not?

The Koalas are no Down Under fools. They get to carry their young, hopping from tree to tree so they can eat enough until the next meal.

When I sleep 22 hours a day, I feel fresh. In fact, I never suffer from insomnia.

I sleep very well every evening.

Eat Healthily.

Our bodies require good food to keep us going. Look, we do not need any nutritionist to tell us that. It is obvious.

I am a practitioner of a plant-based diet. There is no need to consume animal protein if plants have them in the first place.

Many potential converts complain about the cost, and plants bursting with Vitamins A, E, M, R, Z is hard to find. They are very expensive too.

I do not have any issues with that.

I consume the grass and weeds along the way to the office. They are the best of Vitamins F, L, U. They are a rich source of rare minerals such as potassium, magnesium, cobalt, vibranium, adamantium, unobtainium, and unaffordium.

First, I save time. Next, there are zero costs. Lastly, that is as close to the source as it gets.

Adopting a plant-based diet is not difficult as long as we put our minds into it.

Exercise. Move.

Exercise matters. We have to keep moving for our bones to maintain their calcium density. We have to consistently exercise so our muscles can continue to hold us up against the natural force of Gravity.

I know many friends who are strapped for time. They routinely ask how I find time for exercise and how I managed to cover all bases such as endurance, intensity, and frequency.

Actually, it is easy.

I run to my workplace, about 100 kilometers away from my abode. It will take me around an hour every morning. I argue I am actually faster than most commuters stuck in a traffic jam.

Next, I carry 2 dumbbells, 50 kilograms each, in my haversack as I run. They ensure I get my load training in combination with my endurance training.

I do suffer from exercise fatigue from time to time.

I make sure that I execute the 100 kilometers run from home to office, and the return trip after work, if I am taking a break for the next day.

Do not skip your rest days. Your body needs rest to get stronger.

The 3 Super Simple Secrets of a Lifetime.

These are my secrets I held close to my chest.

To be honest, they are no different from the generic advice of the fitness industry.

Of course, what works for me may not work for you.

Always ensure that you consult a quack before embarking on any exercise regime and dieting plans.

Stay safe and enjoy losing 10 kilograms daily.
