There Is Life Beyond Who You Think You Are, Do You Wish To Join?

Three observations to help change your beliefs

All of us have felt at some stage or another “who you think you are” determines our life.

For we live our lives based on the beliefs we have acquired through our experiences. Consequently, we all view the world differently.

The Power Of Our Thoughts

It is these beliefs that build our individual truths and so our subjective realities. All human beings are basically just belief systems. Which in turn create our thoughts and therefore our thinking.

And so, who you think you are. Our rigid sense of self defends us from any information that challenges it.

Thoughts, in and of themselves, have no power, alone they cannot force any action. It is only when we give them attention, they begin to seem real.

This then leads us to begin to feel the emotions that were triggered by these thoughts. This new emotional state then influences how we act, or more likely react to any situation.

Quite often strengthening a pattern of behaviour we have experienced before. No matter whether it was in this, other lifetimes, or our ancestral heritage. Our beliefs do not draw a distinction, they just are.

It is these patterns we are being guided to address. To clear the path for the new to have space to arrive.

As was demonstrated yesterday with a client. A fear of loss of love that had repeated in several lives had been cleared, so now his soul was ready to step out of hiding and embed in the area of his heart chakra.

To guide him to create and live a fulfilled life. One where the love of himself and so others could be his guide. A new beginning had been initiated. Allowing him to shine his truth rather than keep it hidden because of the fear of loss.

Why is this important? The answer was succinctly provided by Eckhart Tolle:

“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.”

This is how you achieve what you desire, be it a success or any other aspect of your life.

Are You Who You Think You Are?

For thoughts, in and of themselves, have no power. Only when we actively focus our attention on them do they begin to seem real.

Specific thoughts trigger emotions we have associated with that thought. This new state then influences how we act. Hence why a word, a tone of voice or any other of our sensory perceptions trigger recurring patterns of feeling and so behaviour.

This has been a continuous theme for the past few months as each of us seeks in our own way to be in the flow of the transition which is underway.

For example, several clients have had the thought they are not worthy of…. Therefore, they start to feel down, worthless, discouraged, and perhaps even depressed.

How does your body react to this? Your face looks down, your shoulders slump, and you project a lack of confidence in yourself.

The emotions and their vibrational frequency then feedback into the original thought. Re-affirming the emotion, the belief, and the thought itself, which then energises the thought. It is a continuous cycle of think, feel, think, feel, think, feel.

Hence you become who you think you are.

Which in turn impacts your physical body. These are the messages it is always sending you.

Your body contains a blueprint of perfect health and wellbeing so any conflict within it creates a symptom — the message being for you to take action to address it.

Interpreting the body’s energy — its signals — is at the core of the most ancient medical practices and beliefs. This includes the traditional medicine of India (Ayurveda), the traditional medicine of China, and the indigenous peoples’ shamanic practices.

Change Begins From Inside You

Science has begun to catch up with this ancient awareness. For example, in ”The Biology of Belief” Dr. Bruce Lipton has made visible the science that beliefs control human biology rather than DNA and inheritance.

In the book, he indicates 95% of all illnesses and diseases are linked to physiological stress. And, the biggest cause of stress is trapped emotions, what he referred to as “destructive cellular memories,” that create our erroneous beliefs.

The way you behave and act define who you are and what you experience in life. This is why true change begins from the inside, not the outside.

Or, as Michael Neill summarised it:

“We spend all our time and money and energy trying to change our experience on the outside, not realizing that the whole thing is being projected from the inside out.”

The way you behave and act is therefore simply a construction of how you think, feel, and do.

This is why there is life beyond who you think you are. The first step is to make the choice to release who you think you are in order to allow the untainted you to appear.

As 2022 is about living the life you desire to live, this may mean you need to first free yourself so you can then make a choice. Once you do, this will begin to shift your belief systems to those that align with your own values, not those society has set down for you.

That is how you will align with one of the core themes for 2022.

“The sense of what is emerging is perhaps unclear, though be sure there is a direction for all to see. The mists are beginning to clear as the vibration continues to escalate and so ground what is emerging. More will become clear to all over the next few weeks as the new begins to take form. The shape may as yet not be clear, though the sense of what is emerging will provide an indication of its form.

This flow is going to provide challenge to those seeking to return to what was, though the number is reducing as each of you makes that first step. Once the first is followed by the second, momentum is created. That will in turn indicate formation of the new.

Each of you is assisting in the creation of the new. No-one of you has more power or force in its creation. Each participates in the creative process. Engagement though creates greater alignment with your own personal desires. Which is why participation in the process is important for each of you. This is not a question of your level of conscious awareness, it is simply a question of making your choice.

As you have heard before, not making a choice is also a choice.”

The question for each of us is do we choose to evolve into an utterly different kind of human being. One who stands in their own power, living life as who they are. This is the evolution of consciousness, of our human nature.

Three Observations To Help Change Your Beliefs

Not judging others because they seem to be different. Rather to align your life with your own values, not those of others.

Which in turn means addressing those limiting beliefs we each hold. Though to change them means we must first be aware of them. Here are three observations to guide you to do so:

  1. Emotions are your reactions to the thoughts you focus on. Note the re-action each creates within you.
  2. How you feel, your body language is a reflection of what you are thinking about. Note your thoughts and feelings.
  3. Your emotional reaction and your body´s messages are triggered by the thoughts you focus on. Note both.

As you collect these observations, notice any theme, pattern of bodily reaction, and feelings. In particular, notice where in your body you feel any re-action.

You then have the choice as to whether you choose to make any changes in your beliefs. Then you can begin to alter “Who You Think You Are”.

That is how each of us creates our own reality. The quality of our thoughts creates the quality of our life.

Ask yourself are you having fun and joy in your life? When you are, you are aligned with your soul and its desires. The more content and at peace you are, the more aligned are your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bodies.

Your soul is then free to guide you rather than remaining in hiding.
