There is Joy
Joy runs deep into the core of us, and radiates throughout

Joy writing prompts suggested by Trista Ainsworth through this poem.
Joy runs deeper than mere ‘pleasure’.
It is more enduring than mere ‘fun’, and is more intense and thrilling than mere ‘happiness’.
It jumps up and shouts! Especially in a spiritual context, joy runs deep into the core of us, and radiates throughout.
Joy is the response of something deep in the soul to someone (such as God, or a loved one) or something (such as being set free) supremely, even overpoweringly, wonderful. Source
There is joy:
There’s joy in the sight of your children while there’re asleep looking all peaceful.
There’s joy in the landscape view when you get on top of a mountain after hours of climbing.
There’s joy in connecting and having a meaningful conversation.
There’s joy in reading a book and finding resonance with a total stranger’s world/words.
There’s joy in a random smile from a stranger.
There’s joy in slowing down and admiring the immensity surrounding us.
There’s joy in reaching the deadlines on time with the feeling of satisfaction that goes along.
There’s joy in singing out loud while listening to music.
There’s joy in dancing on your favorite songs.
There is joy wherever you set your focus on finding it. Seek and you shall find.
