The War Channel
Coming soon on a TV near you

I’m horrendously depressed about the situation in the Ukraine with Russian troops last night going in as peacekeepers.
Putin made that stupid speech about the Ukraine being a mistake of Lenin’s. Funny that, because Ukrainian is a different language to Russian. It might share some of the Cyrillic alphabet but that’s like saying that the English and Welsh are the same people.
I’m Welsh, and we’re not.
Ukrainian, historically also called Ruthenian, is an East Slavic language of the Indo-European language family, and is one of the Slavic languages, which are part of a larger Balto-Slavic branch. — Wikipedia
So, Putin, don’t talk crap.
Putin has been playing chess whilst the West just wanks towards Fool’s Mate. The last few weeks have been a re-run of Munich.
And then I wondered, what will we do when politics fails? Truth is the first casualty of war and we will be consuming lies from all sides.
So, why isn’t a live ‘War Channel’ available on satellite or cable?
Streamed direct from a helmet.
It has to be live and not censored (fat chance), not like the ‘shock and awe’ crap the US fed us when they went into Iraq in the first Gulf War.
It could be done.
And surely there’s demand?
The Russians and a few other countries already have their own DictatorDirect TV channels.
We’ve already got:
FightTV. Oops…it’s a Russian channel on YouTube (305k subscribers). And a couple of others:
- fite.tv
- fitesports.tv
So, let’s have a War Channel.
But quickly, we don’t want to miss out on the Ukraine.
