The Power of Yes

Yes has magic and miracles in it.

Yes, I will. Yes, I can. Yes, I am. Yes.

Are you saying Yes to the life you want to live, the person you want to be, the way you want to experience each day, each week, each year? Are you saying Yes to your dreams, your goals, your values, your intuition? Are you saying Yes to the feelings you want to feel each day, each week?

Are you saying Yes to the wisdom and truth within yourself?

How often do you hear the voice in your head say…?

• No, I can’t do that.
• No, I could never do that.
• No, I don’t deserve that.
• No, I don’t know if I can have that? Achieve that?
• No, I don’t have enough money.
• No, I don’t have enough time.
• No, I don’t know how.
• No, I’m too old/young/fat/thin/tired to start?

What if the next time that voice in your head speaks, you catch yourself and pause. What if you substitute your No with Yes? What if you reframe the statement or question?

How does that feel? What would you need to do to make it a Yes?

• Do you need to do a little more research?
• Do you need to have a little more learning? Take a class? Read a book?
• Do you need to have a little more practice?
• Do you need a mentor? A coach? A buddy?
• Do you need a plan to follow?
• Do you need a process to trust?
• Do you need to see that others have done it before you so that you know you can do it, too?

Do you just need to start? Start where you are? Just choose a way forward and start?

You just need the Yes.

Yes, is very powerful. It moves mountains. It moves you. It has magic in it.

A Yes moves you from “I’ll try” to “I commit”.

A Yes moves you into action.

A Yes moves you forward.

A Yes is energizing.

A Yes is empowering.

A Yes is moving from fear to faith.

A Yes is moving from self-doubt to self-confidence, self-worth.

Here’s a challenge to move to Yes in some area of your life you want to manifest, you desire to change, you want to embrace and move towards.

Think about your goals, intentions, purpose? What can you say Yes to and start this week?

Listen to the voice in your head that keeps saying No. Make it playful and substitute Yes. How does that feel? What does that look like? How would you take the first step towards that Yes?

Over the next week the only time you allow yourself to say No is for … No, that does not fit my values and/or does not serve me.

Otherwise, substitute Yes. Choose Yes.
