Juice Combinations for Breakfast and Lunch

I have been working on some new juice combinations. I created a juice recipe for breakfast and one for lunch. When I think of breakfast, I would want you to have a juice that is bringing in energy close to the colors of the sun, that is rich in flavor, tastes good and feels good to look at. The combination I chose included pineapple, pomegranates, carrots, and ginger.
It creates a wonderfully smooth drink bringing in the energy of the sun and the earth to create the perfect combination.
I used about a 1-inch slice of pineapple, half a cup of pomegranates, three carrots in the few ginger pieces.

For my lunch drink, I wanted to create a green smoothie that’s earthy and has fresh herbs in it as well. I picked fresh parsley, nasturtium and mint from the garden, added a few ginger pieces. For my fruits and vegetables are used one golden kiwi fruit, a small piece of zucchini about 1 inch, three stacks of celery, and fresh snap peas about one overflowing cup full.

Any of the ingredients could be substituted for something else based on your taste buds. If you try these combinations let me know how you like them or how you change them up.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are very good for your body. They include a lot of vitamins and minerals. It is important to wash the ingredients thoroughly before making the juice to get rid of any potential chemicals.

Before drinking any juice in the morning, it is great to start with a big cup of water to wake up your body and stay hydrated.
When you drink your juice make sure you drink it slowly and let all the flavors the smell and the taste linger around. Drinking the juice sip by sip will help you enjoy it longer and also make you feel fuller.
