When I had my depression, I felt many symptoms in my body.

These not only mental but many physical symptoms that made me completely sick and upset.

I am aware that many people think that depression does not cause physical pain in the body but this is a very wrong idea.

Today I’m going to talk here a little bit of these symptoms That I felt at the time I had my depression. I hope that with this article I can help a little who is going through a difficult situation like this.

→ Headaches

→ Dizziness/ lightheadedness

→ Back pains

→ Digestive problems (Stomach pain/ abdomen uneasiness)

→ Decreased pain tolerance

→ Fatigue/ Low energy

→ Chest pain

→ Eye problems/decreased vision

I had all these symptoms and none of them were easy to bear. It wasn’t just the mind that “hurt” me it was the whole body, in an almost sucking way.

It has also happened to me to have all these symptoms and not know that I was on the lookout for depression, so it is always important to be attentive to our body and mind.
