Ways to keep a Diary
Having a diary is one of the best things to unhome and write my life

Having a diary is one of the best things to unhome and write my life.
When I started writing a journal, I was in the worst moments of my life. I was in the middle of a depression and I wasn’t getting out of the deep hole it was, the psychiatrist who accompanied me told me to start writing in a diary and I really didn’t think it was a bad idea.
This is because I have always liked diaries and so could come to write my life, for many years to remember, even our grandchildren and great-grandchildren can come to read it if it resists time.
However, there are several other reasons to have a diary, and that are the ones I’m going to talk to here today.
The moment we write our diary has to be a moment of relaxation so when I do, I always light a candle, and drink a hot tea (I always write at night before going to sleep, otherwise it was a coffee).
I often write about my day-to-day but I put in my diary everything I want, poetry, images, moments I remember, things I do, or things I liked to come to do in the future. When writing a journal you don’t have to focus only on your day-to-day life, you can be creative, you can draw on pages.
Don’t forget it’s your diary and you do what you want in it.
When you choose your journal, choose one that you like, as well as the pen (a very important thing for those who write a diary).
Writing in the diary has become a moment of relaxation, happiness, and relaxation.
All I write in my diary are vents and are my deepest feelings so I prefer to put a padlock on it with a key that only I have access to it.
With this article, I hope you try at least, at first when I started I thought it was silly and now I love it and I can’t get through without it.
This may be your case, you never know.
