The Pep Talk
Poetry prompt day:-12

We’re going to be fine. No matter what happens. Let’s do our best. We aim to be better than yesterday.
Today, we’re going to try even harder. We’ll not repeat the same mistakes. We’ll not be disappointed if we falter from our goals. Tomorrow is going to bring us more success.
We’re prepared for the worst. We’re ready for failures. We’re celebrating life as it is. We’re not waiting for any miracles.
People who left us in the mid-journey are sorely missed. Some of them are worth our love, so it’s okay to shed some tears for them. Some of them left us with scorching scars. We’re letting them go out of our system peacefully.
Eyes are still brimming with hot salty tears for missed opportunities. Our heart is heavy with the burden of unfulfilled dreams. We’re scared about the future. But we can manage our fears.
As long as we have each other, the world can throw us any challenge. As long as the outside noises don’t create a rift between us-we’re unstoppable. Let’s get up and face the world with a scintillating smile. Let’s welcome whatever has to come with open arms.

The challenge is producing so many great pieces. I want to share Mia Verita’s sonnet on Hope:
Another gem that I found truly moving today is from Penofgold:
