Additionally to the 4 current requirements for new Partner Program applicants

  2. 1 published story
  3. publishing at least 1 story every 6 months
  4. $10 withdrawal minimum

This would ensure that members have to pay money to earn money. With 100 followers and a good resume, it shouldn’t be too hard to earn more than the $5 fee. Don’t you think?
