The New Age of DIY

Don’t work extra hard to earn more money, learn how to save money by doing it yourself!

Hi guys! Who needs a hug? These are tough times we’re living in! If you made it thus far, you DO need a hug and much more! Since everyone is having such a hard time these days, we have to learn to be more tolerant and patient with people. If you are behind someone on the road who is going particularly slow, don’t rudely honk, just patiently go around.

If someone wasn’t paying attention and missed turning left at the green light and so you both missed it and have to wait for another green light, don’t get pissed, just brush it off. What’s another 5 minutes to get to your destination? Unless you have a pregnant mom in the passenger seat or an injured child, there really is no reason for these road rage incidents.

These days, if you cut someone off on the road you could literally lose your life! You never know when that person you cut off could pull out a gun and shoot you without even looking back!

And when you are at a restaurant and your food is taking an especially long time, just try to be patient. I work in food delivery and I’ve seen these people working really hard. Working long hours, working short on staff and dealing with customers with short fuses. It’s very stressful. So try to be more patient with people. One day, it’ll come back around to you.

And now right on the heels of the pandemic, we find ourselves smack dab in the middle of World War 3!

And don’t even get me started on the economy, which is in the toilet. Everything is expensive these days. Everyone is always talking about taking on extra work to make ends meet. We’re all working ourselves to utter exhaustion!

I had built up an addiction to Red Bull. After a really bad reaction to it, I stopped and now when I get tired I just take a nap. I now focus on saving money instead of trying to make more money. I’m 50 and I feel like I’m 100. That’s not good. So, I am learning new ways to save money and one such way is to learn new skills. Do-it-yourself skills.
