Apparently, science has actually found a way to quantify beauty. More specifically, cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Juian de Silva has done so.

He has developed a computerized mapping technique based on the golden ratio. An article on lofficiel.co describes this as follows:

This “divine proportion” was theorized in Ancient Greece, then used during the Renaissance by esteemed artists to create perfect works of art. Relishing in modern-day time, the cosmetic surgeon has made completely different use of the rule in order to reveal which women are mathematically close to physical perfection.

I still think there are individual preferences and you can’t quantify beauty just like that. Well, let’s take a look at what result he came to.
