The Magic Healing Power of Walking In Nature

Going for a walk in the forest was a great way to find balance and reduce my stress levels today. Research has shown that spending time in nature can reduce stress and improve mental well-being.

It was a chilly yet sunny day. Whilst walking in the forest I could hear the wind speak to me. The rustling leaves whispered, “Nature will repair your stressed soul, Jay.” As a result, I wrote the Haikus below.

Soulmate Walking in the woods, whistling wind whispers softly — I am your soulmate.
