The Killing of Individual Rights
The Federal Government over time keeps passing laws that kill our individual rights in order to “Manage Society” to maintain and grow their POWER.
The Plan
Insert unconstitutional laws in the books that control the individual with vague words that allow the 4th Branch of government to “amplify” their meaning with very specific regulations that make the individuals Serfs in a “straight jacket.” “DO as WE say or else!”
Most of these ought to sound familiar:
“Indoctrinate the Children!” “Take their guns away!?” “Invade their privacy!” “Mug their 1st Amendment Rights!” “Control Society through our Laws!” “Kill the Middle Class!” -> “Kill the Family!”
Congress is used to doing all those by now. Remember “The Patriot Act?” there we have the MOST Unconstitutional law of all, and Congress passed it without an amendment! Under that law, the government can do just about anything they want to the individual. Check this story by the ACLU.

It’s not the gun! It’s the people! We have lost our sense of COMMUNITY!
We can consider these states to be Purple as of now.
On the other hand, “WE,” the individuals are an endangered species now.
The Catch
In the Financial Express, guest writer Vydia Hattangadi wrote an article on the Protagoras paradox:
“A lot of important truths in life are contradictory. And we get used to contradictions as a part, as we live our lives. The truth is, life is often illogical, paradoxical, and just blatantly strange.”
In our case, the irony is:
“ The more they do that*, the less we do
- * “That” — meaning, “the government trying to mold society for us”
Why This Is So
After one hundred years of the government taking MANY of OUR responsibilities, we have grown accustomed to asking for more.
If WE don’t get MORE, we cry like hungry babies without a bottle.
On the “other hand,” our “Modern Progressive Government” have decided, that we (the Individuals) do not have inalienable rights (Our Moral Law, the DOI), and the “Professional Politicians” have changed their minds.
They are in charge now!
The Federal Government has been conditioned by Special Interests and a Strong Lobby to think about POWER, not Individual self-government as the Constitution dictates.
The Congress Corporate Lobby and influencers know all about power, they have the money to donate and thus, all the attention through preferential treatment.
All government requires is a way to handle the electorate and they have done that. Watch this 2015, 20-minute TED Talk from Lawrence Lessig, explaining how “Our Democracy no Longer Represents the People and How to Fix It.”
The powerful and influential are working hard to curtail our individual and civil liberties, why do you think “they own our data (every detail of our lives)?”
Given the turn-around of the Republican party, At least the Senate is getting away with it.
The way they see it, it’s like peeling an onion, one layer at a time. Eventually they will have total control.
As of the Trump presidency, they have now added to their repertoire “Divide and conquer!” as a tactic to achieve success. Riots anyone?
They are in charge and, joining forces with the Democrats, they can do it faster. Currently and since its creation, they are hands-on, “killing Education through indoctrination.” We can thank the 4th branch of government, the Department of Education for that. They in essence have taken control of our children.
Ackoff had it right when he said back in the 90s:
“The Educational System is not dedicated to produce learning by students, but teaching by teachers and teaching is a major obstruction to learning.”
Today, we can modify what he said as follows
“The Educational System is not dedicated to produce learning by students, but indoctrination by teachers, and indoctrination is a major obstruction to learning.”
Nomenclature –
This is the approach the Federal Government is taking. However, they first have to see how the Google (so-called “sentient”) AI robot LaMDA can become a factory worker.
This means we are definitely “Serfs.” Most of us may not think that way until, like Sherronna Bishop, we find ourselves in “their crosshairs.
- The New FBorg — “Future Borg”: An Individual, victim by assimilation through the “process of Incremental Seduction,” for the children — Indoctrination.
Over a period of time, the individual is conditioned by the Federal Government to NOT have any individual rights and follow the “law” without question or protest. Now this will be accomplished much easier since they are starting with our children. Thus eventually serving the government as “assigned to work.” It’s been done, by salesmanship — think Germany 1933–1945; Think Russia, by force 1917–1989.
For us, it is and will be by “incremental seduction.” (the paradox of the boiling frog — the slow boil.)
Where do the roots of our Nation come from? The History we create.
How do we create that history? We learn it at home and at school, or we study it on our own. “Studying on our own” will not be possible in the future since the government, with the help of industry, will control all the books we read.
Our Nation was formulated by Society that, like branches that form a tree with new growth, requires stronger roots as we grow bigger.
We are not growing strong roots currently, because our civil liberties are under open attack by the government in every way, including Education.
