The Investigation of LA County Sheriff’s Compton Station Hidden Gang, the Executioners
How excessive force may be the initiation and its induction into this secret racist order

Much is coming to light with the police department rank and file that may be the answer to why so much corruption exists within and outside of law enforcement agency allowing many of the bad cops and deputies to run amok.
Recently on the news, it was stated that there was an investigation into a possible gang, the executioners, within Los Angeles County sheriff’s Compton’s station whose excessive force may prove to be a detriment to society.
Representative Maxine Waters, (Los Angeles), requested an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate the actions of this gang order, the Executioners, that are responsible for using excessive force in the community who may possibly operate out of the Los Angeles Country sheriff’s Compton station and within the greater LASD community where there may be and/or have been potential civil rights and constitutional violations.
These groups of secret deputies sport matching tattoos with a Nazi image. and have names like the Vikings, Regulators, 3000 Boys, and the Banditos may have been operating for decades.
If they are not a secret order group, the Executioners, then how do they justify having the same tattoo which is very unique on the leg with a Nazi image displayed within the tattoo? This image makes a statement alone and not a positive one. It is common knowledge when college students pledge to a fraternity or sorority, there is an initiation process and once inducted, it becomes public knowledge of their membership, via symbols, clothing, and association.
In the case of the Executioners, it can be easily questionable about their intent as they quietly operated under the disguise of the sheriff’s department and initiation into this secret order possibly required prospects to use excessive force within the community to gain membership with a secret party and being tattooed.
While an investigation is upcoming, this is the perfect time to step forward and justify why these deputies are sporting the same tattoo and in the same location. Not a word has been spoken thus far. Where there is smoke, there is or has been a fire.
A civilian sued two deputies who possessed the same tattoo for using excessive force during a court hearing. In answer to this allegation, one of the tattooed deputies claimed his tattoo was in solidarity with a deputy friend who had cancer and the other deputy claimed his tattoo was associated with his future retirement.
In another, incident, Andres Guardado, 18 years old, was shot five times in the back and a whistleblower, another deputy, came forth alleging that the Executioners were responsible as they were involved in setting illegal arrest quotas and threatened work slowdowns, ignoring and responding slowly to calls when they did not get preferred assignments.
According to the whistleblower, the Executioners would celebrate with each other after they committed acts of excessive force at a particular bar and the celebration was called, “998 debrief”, a code that represented a deputy-involved shooting.
When the Executioners were questioned about their celebratory conquest with a jubilant party, they lied about having guns and hosting inking parties. Also, according to the news, they employed excessive force within the community and within the sheriff’s department.
According to Maxine Waters, there is an obvious practice and pattern of the LASD deputies being affiliated with white supremacist, and militant police.
Unfortunately, Guardado’s death from being shot in the back four times did not lead to the release from duty of the two deputies, Miguel Vega and Chris Hernandez, who were prospective members of the Executioners. According to the whistleblower, another case involved a skateboarder who claimed these same deputies had kidnapped and threatened him before Deputy Vega crashed the patrol car on a joy ride that left the skateboarder injured, thereby causing these two deputies to be released from their duty.

There are reasons to believe that the Executioners have been operating in this manner with the Sheriff’s Department for decades along with their possible affiliation with other racist groups. Even the Sheriff’s Department was aware of secret groups within the department when their members were accused of misconduct but the Sheriff’s Department gave the matters little investigative attention, and drop the ball thereafter which allowed the Executioners or gangs of the like within the Sheriff Department to flourish.
Due to the misconduct of these secret order deputies, L.A. County taxpayers have had to pay out $55 million dollars settling claims that accused these secret order deputies of wrongdoings in about 60 cases and some are yet pending.
Food for thought
The claims that have been settled confirm that the Sheriff’s Department has serious problems with the secret order groups/gangs. Who is protecting them? The Union? Is qualified immunity the protector? Perhaps, these gangs have infiltrated the union therefore qualified immunity is their calling card which means they can do and get away with any wrong deeds and misconduct.
So why is it so difficult to relieve these same deputies from duty? They should be denied the right to join any other law enforcement agency, and be sued personally for their asset and pension. Why should the taxpayers suffer the cost, who is inclusive of the same community that suffers at the hands of these sheriff’s department gangs?
According to Sheriff Alex Villanueva, there is a ban that prohibits deputies from joining illicit groups. Seriously?! How does Villanueva propose to enforce this ban or stop a deputy from joining a secret order? For crying out loud, it is a secret order! Sounds like rhetoric to me for the community and this investigation to take the heat off of his department. Well, Villanueva seems like part of the problem and not the solution.
The California attorney general was already aware that the largest sheriff’s agency in the country was already under investigation for routinely violating people’s constitutional rights.
To push back on Maxine Waters who was responsible for this investigation into the Executioners excessive force and secret order, she has been accused of having an explosive homeless population in her district, indicating that it is a failure on her part and the government.
In conclusion, instead of the Sheriff’s Department distinguishing the many fires within its jurisdiction, they have made a concerted effort to divert the public’s attention to another situation, homelessness, which is a pandemic throughout Los Angles County. Time to clean the house from the top to the bottom, fumigate it and start anew. One bad apple spoils the entire bunch and in the sheriff’s department, it is filled with rotten apples.
