In chaos, we seek to control, we seek structure, we seek predictability;

we forget that humans cannot convince, force or persuade yet others to follow their own footsteps.

Sure, there’s much to be done in increasing the chance of others listening and behaving in a way consistent with your values, by motivating and empathizing, but this is a chance and not a certainty.

We can only try our best and let the rest settle.
