- A secret to having comfortable and peaceful sleep is that you should use a soft mattress. Make sure the head has been supported with a soft and somewhat thin pillow. There is no need to use thick or too heavy pillows. Plus, you should rest of your body to let the blood circulate easily. Avoid lying on the stomach.
