The Eyes Of The Soul: A Guide For The Twin Flame Journey [Part 2]
The Soul waits patiently, and then, when the time is right, it pulls the mind toward mysterious paths.

Dear Soul, this article is part of a more extensive reading. You can find part 1 here.
The Soul Knows Everything
My dear, there is more than we see, so we must see with new eyes.
These new eyes are enlightened by Truth, but where does this Truth come from?
All things on Earth decay and decompose. They are never lost because nature is a skillful recycler, yet, they don’t last forever. They are just a temporary, physical expression of focused energy.
But what is Truth doesn’t decay or decompose. The Truth remains, and it is relentless in the sense that it seeks to be manifested.
Think, for example, of every time you have tried to resist this love. And think of how “wrong” it felt; not because you were doing something “bad” — there is no good or bad at the soul level — but simply because it wasn’t true that you don’t love who you love.
Given that Truth is timeless, it can only be accessed when you tap into a timeless consciousness: a Soul perspective.
Every fear, every limitation, every detour in our paths comes from a human, limited perspective of life. Unfortunately, as much as we have tried for thousands of years to express Universal principles in words, language is never enough to describe the world of the unseen, so there is a gap when trying to assimilate these concepts from a rational standpoint.
Because of these constraints, some have come to believe that the Soul is an optional asset. An “assistant” that the human can connect with to have a better life on Earth. To be “more spiritual”. But dear, it is all the way around:
The human (physical, mental, and emotional structures) is an assistant to the Soul. The human is the main character in a very short play, but the Soul is an undying actor. The Soul knows the Truth, and the Soul is You.
We come to Earth as Souls inhabiting a human body, but our consciousness of origin is not immediately activated at birth — besides some exceptions. So, the vehicle (body) needs a driver (mind) who can take care of its needs in the initial stages.
This human consciousness is only a faint reflection of what is.
The mind is meant to collaborate with the Soul to “bring” the vehicle whenever the Soul — the authentic owner — considers it necessary. However, the driver can sometimes be stubborn due to its limited perspective, and take unexpected roads, and make sudden U-turns.
That is how a journey meant to be 10 days long can take 30 years and, sometimes, it can take forever.
The Soul is infinitely patient but relentless. It operates in the background until the mind is mature enough to witness its existence — the so-called spiritual awakening, which is a self-recognition.
This activation begins when the conscious mind recognizes the presence of a voice, an inner call, an additional driver that performs beyond human limitations such as “right” and “wrong”, fear, time, or reason.
Twin soul connections facilitate this self-recognition because they awaken something that the mind can’t explain.
No matter how much you want to forget about your twin soul, you are dealing with an entanglement that no human forces can break, for it is design to trigger everlasting growth — whether the mind wants it or not.
We Learn Through Pain Until We Remember How To Learn Through Love

Before meeting your twin soul, the mind “thought” it was leading the human, but the Soul — the real You — has always been in control. It was just waiting patiently for the right circumstances to pull the mind toward mysterious paths: your Soul reunion and physical separation.
From this point on, the Soul will continue to ask for the “unthinkable”, in the sense that the mind won’t be able to anticipate it or comprehend it by relying solely on reason.
If the individual is not intuitively mature, the process can be even more painful for the resistance they will instinctively create.
This creates friction between the tridimensional consciousness — the temporary You who exists only in this particular expression of reality — and the Soul, the You with eternal life.
An example of this process is the pull and push dynamic: both positions reflect energetic shifts and the need for balance. It is the Soul communicating something that must be done or undone; what that something is can only be deciphered intuitively because, on the outside, the mind will only perceive the chaos (lack of order) triggered by the connection.
As you move closer to transitional stages (moments in the journey when something must end and something must begin) the Soul will command drastic adjustments at the physical, emotional, and mental levels. These changes can be anything, and they are necessary to prepare for the next cycle.
We, as Souls, know everything we need to know, including how to build up our human psyche for what is about to happen.
If the mind submitted to the Soul from the beginning, every journey would be blissful and carried by purpose. But life on Earth is more interesting than that.
Since the mind operates at a tridimensional level and is easily permeated by negative energy (fear, sadness, resentment, pride, greed), the adjustments that the Soul asks for can sometimes create resistance.
The more you resist, the more pain you experience because you go against your own design.
In most cases, the mind must experience unbearable pain before it can reach a state of submission to the Soul’s will — also known as the “dark night of the Soul”. This is not, by any means, what the Soul wants, but we understand it is necessary sometimes.
We learn through pain until we remember how to learn through love.
With this introduction, let me now place the pieces together to help you see the journey you are on as the gift it is.
