The best books about data and Artificial Intelligence for you in 2021
I have selected a list of books and podcasts about A.I. and Data Science for you.
A.I. and data science data are great fields to point to in your career right now, but you must continue to build up your understanding of it.
To be on top of this game, you need to read the best books and listen to the most relevant podcasts when not working on your assignments.
Unfortunately, when it comes to A.I. and Data Science, it isn’t easy to decide whether to listen to, so I have done the hard work for you and picked out the best data science and A.I. podcasts for you to save time and be better in 2021.
If you want to be inspired by the Top experts, these selections will help you achieve your goals:
Data Science and A.I. books
This book is challenging for those who find it hard to comprehend what is going on due to other high math jargon and obtuse concepts. It sets out to demystify the basics of computer science and does a brilliant job of doing so.
Applied Artificial Intelligence: A Handbook For Business Leaders
Applied Artificial Intelligence is a book written by Mariya Yao, Adelyn Zhou, and Marlene Jia. This book is a practical guide to corporate executives who are excited about using artificial intelligence. This helps you improve the productivity of their organizations and the quality of life in their neighborhoods. The book also helps you make business decisions through A.I. apps and machine learning.
Split into two separate books, this resource splits it down into quick, easy-to-follow examples of machine learning fundamentals, from quantitative and statistical principles to the programming behind them.
This book can take you from little to no Python knowledge to use it and various Python libraries, including NumPy, matplotlib, random, pandas, and sklearn, to solve problems. It includes statistical methods, specific data science tools and techniques, as well as machine learning.
Data Science from Scratch: First Principles with Python
Data Science from Scratch is a book written by Joel Gurus. This book lets you understand math and numbers that are at the heart of data science. You can also master the hacking skills you need to get started as a computer scientist.
The books cover subjects such as the implementation of closest neighbors, naive bays, linear and logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering models. You will also be able to explore natural language processing, network analysis, etc.
The Atlas for the Aspiring Network Scientist Paperback by Michele Coscia
Billed as an “atlas” rather than concentrating on making you learn only one area of computational intelligence and data science, this book seeks to help you map the journey to cover all facets of our profession and eventually become something different; a pure network scientist.
A.I. and Data Science Podcasts
Although it is not just a matter of pure data science and A.I., this podcast, called “conversations about the nature of intelligence, consciousness, love, and power,” — is a treasure trove of excellent discussions and interviews that will keep you motivated and involved.
Although the team behind this podcast is taking a break to focus on essential topics such as Black Lives Matter, the hosts Katherine Gorman and Neil Lawrence have built up an extensive library of episodes that include interviews with field experts, business news, and practical answers to your machine learning questions.
This Week in Machine Learning & A.I.
This Machine Learning & A.I. Week launches a new episode every single week. Each episode features an ML/AI expert interview on a variety of topics. Recent episodes include learning about empathic teaching robots, collecting training results, and creating A.I.
Advertising itself as “A Gentle Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning,” this podcast can also be very scientific and nuanced, exploring subjects such as: “How to Catch Spammers Using Spectral Clustering” and “How to Enhance Learning Machines With Swarm Intelligence.”
Ted Sarvata and Brandon Sanders are (at the time of writing) 70 episodes in their deep dive into how A.I. affects our everyday lives and whether it poses a danger to humanity, as many have indicated in recent history.
Conclusion
So, what did you think of this selection of books? They are not in a specific order. My goal is not to promote any particular book or podcast but rather to present you with a primary bibliography of relevant knowledge in A.I. and Data Science. These two technologies are transforming the world!
