It is not a race, it’s a journey. And during those highs and lows, enjoy every bit of it. When you’re experiencing the low valleys, notice the shrubs and take some selfies. When you’re experiencing the high mountains, enjoy the landscapes and take some selfies.

Absorb life in all its entirety; the highs and the lows, the sad and joyful moments- that’s how you get to win. It’s all part of what gives life its true meaning and you’re in it.

Do not try to cherry-pick your life’s experiences as you go through your journey. Welcome, all experiences — wins, and failures. Enrich your soul with every experience life offers.

Tone down your expectations intelligently and know when to peak them. It’s the beauty of this thing called life. There is much peace in taking life for what it is rather than forcing it to bend to your will.

There’s only so much we have control over. And the good news is, the much we can control is just enough to give us satisfaction and fulfillment.

Life is not your enemy, pain is the best friend you could ask for. It is the non-sentimental friend you deserve. If you are determined to avoid as much pain as you possibly can, then you’ve set yourself up for very little victories in life.

So, accept life with all its flaws, and it will embrace you with all your weaknesses. Enjoy life — do it for you. Truly live!
