Who knows best what happiness is? Does happiness even exist? What if happiness exists? Is there art in happiness? Is happiness even art? If happiness is art, how do we serve that happiness?

“The Art of Happiness is To Serve All” — Tea Quote

Happiness

Sometimes I am asking myself, does happiness really exist? Or do we make that up to look more on our best? To show other people we are always laughing, or do we always need to get the best out of ourselves, even we don’t have a good day? Do we always be happy?

Happiness means — according to the Cambridge English Dictionary: “the feeling of being happy”.

What does ‘happy’ really mean? The Cambridge English Dictionary says: “feeling, showing, or causing pleasure or satisfaction.”

So, when I am playing the violin, it makes me happy, thus this is my happiness.

Serving all

Writing gives me the pleasure of serving you, my readers to what I think, what I love to do, what bothers me, and which lessons I got. I want to teach them to you. That is serving you, the other person. To serve all.

But do we have to serve all? What does ‘to serve all’ actually mean?

To serve all means, according to the Cambridge English Dictionary: “to work for; to do your duty to, to help achieve something or to be useful as something. If something serves you, it is good or helpful for you.”

So, writing this piece for you means, I am serving you with my thoughts?

About how I think what this quote means to me.

Serving you all with my writing makes me happy, that gives me happiness.

So, answering these questions I asked you in the first place, I try to answer. It is different for each one of us living here on earth, so that is why I asked the question: “Does happiness really exist?”

Who knows best what happiness is?

You know best what happiness is, you know best what makes you happy. What do you love? What are your hobbies? What people do you love to hang out with?

These are very essential life elements for your happiness. What makes you happy, could make someone else very miserable. You have fo find your own success.

Does happiness even exist?

Can we say that happiness really exists if happiness means something different from one another? Who knows what real happiness means and what that is?

As said, happiness is different from one another. So, how can we know what happiness really means? Can we define happiness?

What if happiness exists?

What if happiness exists. We are going to assume that happiness really exists. Everyone is talking about happiness, and that we have to strive and live for happiness.

How can we live for happiness when it is different for everyone else here on earth? That is difficult. Ther is no standard answer to this question.

There are basic questions to ask yourself to define happiness:

  1. What do I love to do in my life? And what makes me satisfied when I am doing this?
  2. Do I live for the happiness of others? If yes, why? If no, why?
  3. What if others tell me what I should do?

These things you have to be aware for your own happiness.

Is there art in happiness?

I also believe you can make art from happiness. What makes you happy, could be totally different from your parent's happiness. But your happiness is something to live for. You can make art for being happy.

Look at this: if you love walking in nature, then look at the form and colors of the mountains. What do you see in the mountains all togehter? Which form does it have?

If happiness is art, how do we serve that happiness?

Serving your happiness to others is showing what makes you happy. It doesn't have to be their happiness. It is your happiness, and it makes you happy, so show it off to others. Maybe you make their day by showing how happy you are, for example, about those little things in life.
