“Mental Happiness Is Total Relaxation”

Have you ever been so happy that you have been so relaxed, that you have been able to be happy mentally?
It happens to people sometimes.
To me too sometimes. I only have to work for it, very hard. That is fine, but still, I don’t seem to find it very much.
You have to work for it much harder when you have been through events in your life. At least, that is my experience.
Our mental happiness is something we have to think about much more and much more often than you think. You eat well and sleep well. At least, you eat your fruit, you eat your vegetables, you sleep eight hours per night and you have your social life under control.
An yet, you are not totally relaxed when you’re happy. You don’t feel that click with your life you’re living right now. Not everything is going smoothly as you wished for and you don’t get it, right?
Your mental happiness follows your whole life, and when you’re mentally very happy, then you are in total relaxation. You feel easy, you feel no pain, you feel fluently
Do you really know what happens when you're mentally very happy, in a way that you’re totally relaxed, even when you have been through that much in you’re life? Has that happen to you? When was that? How did you feel? What did you do?
I had that once. Everything went smoothly as I wanted and as it has planned. But what would happen to your body? In the first place, I couldn’t let it happen to my body, but a few minutes later, I thought about it. And I let it in my system, I laughed about it, I smiled, smiled again, and I went for it, I treated myself on ice cream and I went back on my writing, but according to plan.
That rarely happens to me, that I am very relaxed and happy at the same time. When did you have it for the last time?
People say to give up habits, but I don’t think that is necessarily a thing. I think you have to plan things, but also let thing go with the flow. You need to have some habits you love to do every day, or now in a while. You love to do things you love to do.
When you are doing what you love to do, then you’re doing most of the time the things you always wanted to do. You’re happy about that. You’re relaxed about that.
