7 Positive Traits of Each Zodiac Sign
The 7 Positive Traits of A Taurus We Should Incorporate To Improve Our Lives
Here’s why Taurus’s positive traits could help us stay consistent with our goals and learn that we are not being pushed into a decision we aren’t okay with just to please others.

The second Sign in this 12-part series is Taurus the Bull.
With Taureans, most people automatically think stubborn and lazy, but that’s not the core energy of the Bull.
I think we fall into the meme culture and superficial level knowledge a lot of the time about Astrology.
We must remember that every Sign has its lower expression, which unfortunately tends to become the focal point. Especially when we have had an unpleasant experience with a particular Sign, we tend to be biased. However, that doesn’t mean a specific Zodiac Sign is 100% toxic.
In Astrology, it’s essential to look at these Signs as their archetypes instead of allowing our personal biases to decide good or bad. Viewing the signs based on their characteristics will enable us to see them objectively.
In this series, I will go through all 12 Signs of the Zodiac to look at some of their strengths and use them to our advantage. In other words, let’s look at the qualities that make these archetypes unique so we can incorporate them into our own lives.
So, what can we gain from the second Sign of the Zodiac?
Consistency in your day-to-day life
Who doesn’t want stability in their life?
One of the many good things about Taurus energy is the need for consistency, and this can translate well in your relationships plus routine. Consistently doing something helps others know they can rely on you and that you won’t flake out on them.
Persistence when it comes to your goals
There are times in life when you can’t just quit something because you’re bored, or you aren’t seeing the progress you hoped for, and in Taurus, we stay the course.
Once you’ve set intentions, the hardest part is being in the middle of said goal. You’ve already planted the seeds for what you want and can’t wait to get to the harvest. However, there is a midpoint where our goal hasn’t blossomed. When we don’t see anything growing, we tend to give up and sadly don’t see our projects through.
However, some goals are worth our energy, and you should keep going no matter what.
“You never know how close you are to a breakthrough. It may be right around the corner. Don’t quit!— Joyce Meyer”
Let’s face it, some things don’t happen overnight, but that’s no reason to resign. Tenacity is essential, and without it, everything would be half-finished.
Making Careful Choices
We can’t always be impulsive; sometimes, you need to take your time rather than jump into something. It’s good to weigh out the pros and cons for a while before you act. Otherwise, you end up with crap you don’t need, like many gadgets or a bad relationship.
Self-worth
Just as crucial as having reasonable outward confidence, you need to value yourself internally. Another thing we can learn from Taurus is how to have self-worth and respect ourselves.
Many people don’t realize their worth, which is why there are so many of us who choose harmful things. Knowing your worth is not accepting disrespect, saying no to a relationship with someone who is red flaggy AF, and not settling when it comes to your career. Hence, you take the initiative to find a better job.
If it doesn’t bring you inner confidence, then it’s not worth your time.
Creature Comforts
Indulging in the things that make you feel good every now and then is essential. Taurus energy is about experiencing the joy of feeling good, so if that means treating yourself with a bit of shopping, a nice pair of comfy shoes, or even a food crawl, live a little and try it.
I believe that after 2020 we all need to find the things that make us feel good; we need to take care of ourselves. So, if that means having hot cocoa with 5 too many marshmallows to soothe you after a crap day, then why not?!
Enjoying Nature
Sometimes you need to ground your energy in nature. Taurus’s need their outdoor time and prefer doing so in natural places like gardens, the woods, near bodies of water, etc. Getting out and taking in the breeze helps you align yourself.
If you live in a city and have a hard time getting to the woods, try a botanical garden, the beach, or see if there are some nature-esk parks in your area. Even a seaport where you can hang out and grab lunch is a soothing setting to be in because you get to be by the water and enjoy the salty air.
Not being pushed into a decision.
Nobody, and I mean no one, pushes a Taurus to do anything they aren’t okay with, which some people don’t like. However, we could all learn something from that; having boundaries is crucial, and we should all understand our deal breakers.
We have times in our lives where something is just non-negotiable so being willful enough not to let others encroach on you is an important skill to master.
Also, it’s crucial to say no to things that can put you out. I personally admire a Taurus’s ability to see when something could cause irritability and simply won’t budge if it means they’ll be uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to be flexible, but you want to make sure it’s not something that could disrupt your day-to-day life.
Sometimes it’s fine to be in your comfort zone, so let’s embrace the things that help us feel safe because there’s nothing better than security.
