Taboos Bring a Sense of Order
Prompt 18 shadows
Within the edges of the darkness are taboos that bring a sense of order.
They define the line dividing the polarities, of denial and acceptance.
An uncertainty of smoke brings a mercury of shades to the hour of the wolf.
The outlined shapes cast by the shadow keeper activate the obstacles.
We navigate the blocks with a magazine and gasoline. The light chases the dark away.
NaPoWriMo is coming to a close and I’ve really enjoyed writing to these prompts. Only a few days left. Hope we’ll still be together.
