Super Flower Blood Moon of 2022

Six Word Photo Story: Freestyle

A few moments of eternal awe

Bathed in the glow of an eery-red moon, I stood, camera in hand, trying to imagine what a moment like this felt to the ancient ones. Can you even dare to think about what they must have felt — terror, awe, inspiration, the hand of the divine — when their familiar moon was eaten up by darkness and then spat back out into the night by the growing crescent of light in the bottom right corner? These are the moments which live forever in our minds.
