STOP OVERTHINKING: The Mindset Method
Lessons I learned from a $100,000 loss…

For 27 years, listening to the noise brought me nothing but anxiety.
In my comatose state, potential opportunities and relationships wrinkled away into oblivion.
I had a wall of regrets.
I couldn’t go on like this.
But through some divine intervention…
I was given a realization:
Enough. Change your mindset
Can you meditate while listening to heavy metal?
No.
Listening to the world won’t bring you peace.
SO BLOCK ALL OF IT.
Channel Yourself.

Life is short.
Humans were never meant to have infinity at their fingertips.
Who should I date?
Where should I live?
Where should I work?
We’re literal primates.
We have caveman brains.
But our options have multiplied.
So what’s the right answer?
Here’s a thought:
It doesn’t matter.
Don’t let disney, advertising, and social media fool you —
There is no such thing as a “soulmate”
A “house” is not a home
There is no “dream” job
Why?
Life is not a multiple choice question.
The world is beautifully imperfect.
FREE YOURSELF
Make a decision.
Then free yourself from it.
Life is short.

The ways of nature.
2023 was the worst year of your life?
Good.
Me too.
A lesson I learned from a $100,000 loss:
We can only act.
“Good” and “bad” is only deemed so by retrospect.
We have no control over the ways of nature.
Only perspective and mindset.
Indecision comes from our desire to control.
But think about it —
Would you rather:
A) Work for an unknown pay
B) Be unemployed
Only of the choices GUARANTEES poverty.
So…
You don’t need control.
You need action & acceptance.
Here is the method:
How to Become Undefeatable
Do you ever have those days where the world is out to get you?

Forget about the noise.
What causes overthinking?
Fear
The fear of rejection.
The fear of missing out.
The fear of failure.
Ironically…
We’re so AFRAID to make a “bad” decision that we miss out on everything.
Great leaders conquer fear and discomfort.
So how do we overcome fear?
Exposure
Forget about the noise.
The longer you can endure struggle, the greater the reward.
Embrace rejection and you will be unstoppable.
Remember…
Action is rewarded by compound interest.
Inaction is rewarded by mediocrity.
Choose wisely.
It the only decision that actually matters…
“I saw my life branching out before me like the green fig tree in the story. From the tip of every branch, like a fat purple fig, a wonderful future beckoned and winked. One fig was a husband and a happy home and children, and another fig was a famous poet and another fig was a brilliant professor, and another fig was Ee Gee, the amazing editor, and another fig was Europe and Africa and South America, and another fig was Constantin and Socrates and Attila and a pack of other lovers with queer names and offbeat professions, and another fig was an Olympic lady crew champion, and beyond and above these figs were many more figs I couldn’t quite make out. I saw myself sitting in the crotch of this fig tree, starving to death, just because I couldn’t make up my mind which of the figs I would choose. I wanted each and every one of them, but choosing one meant losing all the rest, and, as I sat there, unable to decide, the figs began to wrinkle and go black, and, one by one, they plopped to the ground at my feet.” — Sylvia Plath.
