To overcome obstacles you have to visualize things to be different. Once you realize what you want, your mindset will change as well as your actions.

When you act on this change, your actions shift to match it. Your actions are now tied to your mindset and you have a new outlook.

This isn’t a competition. Start with the mindset that you are trying to change. You start with the smallest actions. We all have to start somewhere.
