You were expecting the mansion of Lord Diabolus to be vast and opulent. Instead, you see only a single door, plus a grand wooden staircase. As you approach, a creepy figure shambles down the staircase. You flee through the door, slamming it behind.
Rough stone steps now lead down to a candlelit dungeon.
As your eyes adjust, you see wooden benches covered in metal instruments. Torture instruments!
A demonic looking man with horns and red eyes stands at the far end, sweeping aside body parts on the blood-soaked floor. He sees you, and picks up a knife.
“Welcome! Perfect timing.”
You quickly decide to…
- Talk to Lord Diabolus, and convince him to let you leave.
- Flee back up the stairs.
- Grab a weapon and fight.
