This is an earlier alert to my writers on Medium.

It is earning season. (you all have one to share about)

My earnings may not be the most impressive on the market but there are still lessons to be learned. (this post will just be about how important it is to showcase your progress with transparency)

You see most of my earnings came from the beginning of January. Now I’m just flowing in the background while building the next Catalyst.

This is me now.

And this was how most of them noticed me.

That was me back then. (many can relate)

This Post is geared towards new Medium members.

Regardless of where you are on your Medium road. There is never been a better time than today to be serious about your medium journey.

If you don’t share progress and process you are not doing what less than 1% of Mediumer are doing.

There are currently over 100 Million active Medium members.

Most of them are sharing their research, works, and ideas, and some hope to make an earning that can be consistence. Yet, if you are not sharing how you got here and where you want to go then you haven’t got a clue.

When you are stuck or lack of motivation to write. You might need to write about something else.

Look at your stats, well since we look at them more often than not.

Start writing about what you experienced and what worked or didn’t.

You’ll most likely go to earnings first.

As you go over your stats, you’ll recall what best and the worst movement you have, note that, and share that.

These serotonin and dopamine mark the lesson behind your journey it is as valuable as any of your previous work, if not more valuable than any of them.

I just created a Pub 3 days ago, I see that there are many new members trying to showcase their interest and figuring out how to get more reads and earn more.

To my fellow members of the Catalyst.

If only one piece of advice I can give you is to write about what you learned for the month by showcasing the lessons, progress, and process you have been doing and working on.

You have one day left to craft an earning report. Why?

Once you ask this question you lose. Just do it and let the result tell you why. (some answers are not found until you make progress)

Even if you didn’t make a dime or a $1.

Still, write your plan and goal-setting way up high. Lay it out, and share it like you’ll never live another day, yes extreme works, we are writing about real fantasy here.

If you don’t think outside, I’ll always be inside.

Observation shapes reality.

The reality is you’re on Medium.

Nowhere to hide but to write the catalyst of your dream.

One chance a day, use it, post what you learn, and learn from what you just posted.

The feedback comes in, in an instant, if no clap or comment, that’s your feedback.

Reassess, modify, and reformat the structure for relevance, and then BOOM the new you on the post.

No matter what it is share it first and think later. (You’ll need the feedback to grow)

Ryan Canady and many others have their weekly earning report but I suggest every member who cares about earning have at least a monthly earning report of some kind. (this post does also get your monthly membership paid, trust me that is truer than not)

There aren’t many shortcuts on Medium, this is one of them.

If you ask me to recommend a previous post for you this one will be a fit for new Medium members, after all, many said they learn something from it. (there will be many grammar errors but that’s how it was formed) No shame to blame, it’s me at least.

Trust me on this one, when you are done with the reading loop, everything will start making sense.
