However, poor health, social conditioning and being people pleasers, drain our energy and prevent us flourishing and feeling our best.
It’s not our fault.
It is just the way life rolls.
So, today’s story is a gentle reminder to take care of yourself
Remember…
You are powerful.
You are magnificent.
You are the link the world needs to turn.
So, when you feel your energy slipping and head spinning.
Allow the waters of your soul to flow to the oasis of calm deep within your heart.
And then silently whisper a few lines from a loving-kindness meditation

May I be healthy.
May I sing with joy as we walk the path of love, serenity, peace and justice.”
