Abstract
y for our misguided protection,
Becoming society’s inductee.</i></p><p id="d0f6"><i>What fears does the mirror portray?
Is it fear of the image we reflect?
For the truth seems to stray,
we think we have a choice in the narrative we elect.</i></p><p id="1f96"><i>The reality as is may not be what we seek,
But it is precisely what we need.
We fear truth for it may be bleak,
Yet we must proceed.</i></p><p id="ee87"><i>Fear not the truth of reality,
