Abstract

How to use your opinion to pay for your Medium membership

So I would like to write a little bit about how I use my opinion to pay for my Medium membership.

So I am learning how to work multiple things together in order to maximize their worth & efficiency.

One of the ways I do this is by using Google Opinion Rewards to help pay for my Medium membership. I just answer the questions it sends my way & then I have Medium take their payments from the Google Play Balance I’ve collected by answering questions & sharing my opinion all month.

How?

Get a Medium membership first, if you don’t already have one. See below to find out how to get a Medium membership.
Download & install the Google Opinion Rewards app on your mobile device to start earning Google Play money.
Answer any opinion rewards surveys that pop up. most of then are only 3 to 5 questions long. So it usually takes about 30 seconds to answer a survey.
Earn rewards by completing the surveys. Most rewards are small ($0.10 — $0.50) but some are larger ($1.00 — $1.50). The amount you will get varies greatly. The number of surveys varies from day to day as well. Sometimes multiple surveys happen in one day. Sometimes it will be multiple days between surveys.
Sign into your Google play store account. If you don’t have one then you’ll need to create one in order for this to work.
Go to the payments & subscriptions page.
Click on the subscriptions tab.
Find Medium in the list & click on manage.
Click update on the primary payment method & choose Google Play balance.
You may also want to choose a backup method of payment as well.
That’s it your done! Now your Medium membership will be paid from your Google Play balance first.
