Share The Love
Maybe a rebel, but certainly no outlaw!

For me this week was meant to be back to work. Not much going on though, so assigned tasks to get things ready for when it gets busy. I have been a bit naughty, as I rebelled against the boss a few times. He loves it! No one else challenges him enough. I don’t see it as rebelling, I see it as helping him earn his money.
At Share The Love I don’t see us as rebelling against the Non-Fiction side and I certainly don’t think we are outlaws. So what's new? Well, the never-ending poem is still going and has been for nearly three weeks, it seems to be rebelling by those writers who decide not to continue tagging. The number of writers we have is nearly in 3 figures and followers just keep increasing.
While the team work hard to help you produce the best you can, by advising where needed, they also schedule the pieces so everyone gets an opportunity at the top.
I personally read every single piece that goes through Share the Love. I clap for them and as a bonus, I share them on our Facebook page and Twitter.
The Impromptu Prompt Winner — James G Brennan
So a call-out was sent to all the budding special agents around. We had a fair few entries. This was my favourite.
Ten Poems I’ve read and absolutely love.
There are so many fantastic poems to read. I really wish I could list every single one. Trouble was I started the never-ending poem, which after three weeks is still going!
So this week the top ten is dedicated to some of those prompts that appeared.
If you are lucky enough to be included below feel free to share the love and spread the word.

Fiction
Our fiction sections are Micro-Fiction (300 words or less), Flash-Fiction (1000 words or less) and Short-Stories (1000 to 1500 words). Note we cap our word count at 1500 words. Please make sure if you submit to these you use the standard Medium tags.
I’m no expert at writing fiction. If you look at my profile it is mainly poetry. Some of our writers are already fiction writers. Alex Kilcannon has written an excellent piece on how to write flash fiction. If you want to get into it then have a read.
Also, she writes a monthly blog about her favourite fiction finds. So I’d rather support her finds than list a whole load of new ones. So make sure you support these fantastic fiction writers too.
‘Go on, I Dare Ya! Do a Prompt’
When you think of rebels or outlaws it is normally the wild west. In the UK we had Robin Hood or Dick Turpin. Another thing is that a lot of the outlaws etc. are male. You don’t hear a huge amount about Mary Anne Cotton, Ma Barker, or Bonnie Parker.
So your challenge this week is to write a fictional piece or a poem about a female outlaw or rebel. They do not have to be famous or even real.

If you are submitting your prompt to us, please make sure your first tag is ‘Stlprompt’.
