SHABDAAWEG NAPOWRIMO2021 ANTHOLOGY

Announcement for Anthology and collaboration with The International Connection

Image Edited through Canva

Here’s another opportunity for the esteemed readers/writers of Literary Impulse (a subsidiary of ShabdAaweg Foundation, a section company) to be a part of an anthology.

As we all know something is going on. THE NATIONAL POETRY MONTH.

Yes, and ShabdAaweg is celebrating it with a bang, as we can see with the huge number of writers coming up and writing beautiful poems on the prompts

National Poetry Month — Literary Impulse — Medium

What we want you to do?

It’s quite simple really. Just continue sharing us with your poems on the everyday themes, so that we read them and enjoy them. And at the end of the month — the cruelest month, as once said by Eliot, but such a beautiful one, despite the ghostly presence of COVID-19, we would select ONE POEM FOR EACH PROMPT and make an anthology of it, which will be called, as you can guess- SHABDAAWEG NAPOWRIMO2021 ANTHOLOGY.

We will continue announcing those entries, in fact, on TWITTER (ShabdAaweg Review (@ShabdAaweg) / Twitter), as and when we are sure of the selected entries.

Here are the prompts:

Special thanks to William J Spirdione Tree Langdon Josie Elbiry Florence Wanjiku Shalini C Pablo Pereyra Sylvia Wohlfarth Era Garg Saurabh Dr. Preeti Singh Dr. Fatima Imam Tanya Buchko Green Jenine Bsharah Baines Renee Podunovich Ruchi Thalwal Deborah Barchi and James G Brennan for joining us in this celebration.

A special episode will be released in the first week of May featuring writers of Shabd Aaweg Review.

You can listen to their latest episode Exploring the Poetic Magic of India here-
