Serenity
A Poem
The rain hits, splashing, rushing up little fountains on the cluttered balcony,
reminding me with each pitter and each patter - that I really should clean more,
clean harder, clean at all.
And yet, with all of this, how can I not be serene? How can I not be at peace?
Watching rain fall, finally, after so long not seeing it, hearing rain fall, finally, after so long not hearing it,
reminds that nature is powerful and normal reminds that stuff, all stuff, is just stuff,
getting wet, getting soaked, getting cleansed by the rain.
