Random Word Drabble Challenge Day 86 Word Is Young.

I always thought I would want to be young forever until the bite of a vampire made me immortal. Over the years, being indestructible became boring and mundane.
My once exciting nightlife was monotonous.
I witnessed the rise and fall of civilizations, and it haunted me.
As time passed, I realized that immortality held unforeseen beauty with the fads and fleeting moments of mortals.
The ‘70s, the Bee Gees, John Travolta, and disco provided meaning for a time.
Yet, disco faded into obscurity, and I was perpetually bored until the Swifties’ infectious energy made Sunday and Monday nights fun again.
For this drabble, the random word to build the story around is “young.”
