We can increase our frequency by absorbing light from the sun but we can also increase our frequency by embracing and absorbing the light from our life spark. We have two readily available sources of light with which to fuel and raise the frequency of our vibrations.</p><p id="ef80">Of course we have been conditioned to believe that the sun is bad; that we must hide from it inside our little boxes and smear toxic chemicals on our skin in order to ‘block’ it. And we have been conditioned to believe that we must always look outward for knowledge and inspiration and understanding rather than looking within — which is where our life spark is.</p><p id="90a5">We are hiding from light and thereby maintaining very low vibrations. We go through life in a state of somnambulism. But as the explosion of light on this planet intensifies, that light will eventually wake us all up. Our collective and individual awakenings will raise our vibrations to such a degree that we will move into a new octave of experience.</p><p id="c94e">Spend time each day with the two suns; the one outside of us and the one inside of us. The dawning

When an awakening occurs it is never just a solitary event. When we open our eyes in the morning there is a little explosion of light. When the sun pokes its life-giving face above the horizon in the morning there is a large explosion of light.

Every awakening creates a light frequency alteration. When an individual awakens not only does that individual experience this modulation of light frequency but so does the environment surrounding that individual. Light passes easily both in and out through human skin.

Every awakening, no matter the intensity, creates an amplification of one’s life spark. This intensification of light flows outward and brightens everything in its path.

Our life spark is like a teeny tiny sun at the very center of our being. Like the big sun that gives life to our planet, our life spark gives life to us and to everything we shine our light upon.

Most humans are asleep, unaware of their life spark. But more and more humans are awakening and when they do there is a little explosion of light. Each little explosion of light contributes to a larger explosion of light within all of humankind. Eventually, the light will become so bright that every human’s eyes will open and there will be a mass awakening.
