Wordless—

unwritten yet all understood; a sacrifice in squalling silence only borne to flesh on bone

emplaced by another stricken without meaningful gesture, confiscated as virtuous virgin

freedom and death as equal; a righteous conclusion of impaled breathe wondering no more

— Speechless.

I love the sound, look, and 'feel' of words*, even in different languages. So if you have any you'd like to share, I'd be happy to hear, touch, and absorb them.

In response to the prompt in KTHT, "You cannot read 'loss', only feel it."

Thank you, Diana C., for reminding me of a book and movie that greatly impacted my life.💚

I'd also like to give a shoutout to Drashti Shroff. I recently discovered her writing and found this heartfelt story of vulnerability insightful and encouraging for my journey personally and as a writer.
