Often, we need clarification when somebody asks what marketing and sales are precise.

I want to start this article with a general overview of the businesses. And then go deeper into each subject.

I will also give some advice and resources on learning each of them.

Business

Imagine any business you can. For example, it’s a bookstore. Some people sell their books. We have everything we need:

  • People who sell books
  • Store where we can sell books
  • The cashier

Looks like it’s enough to run this business.

But what if this store is in a place where people don’t read books?

People don’t know that we sell our books precisely in this location.

We solve all these questions with marketing and sales.
