Reduced Stress Thanks to Mushroom Supplements

It’s been a little over a month now since I published a short story about my first week of taking mushroom supplements. I wanted to document how I felt and what I thought after adding a couple of grams of mushroom supplements to my coffee, smoothie, or food, and how quickly I experienced their effects.

I shared it all here:

Today, exactly one month and two weeks later, I can honestly say I’ll be adding mushroom supplements to my daily intake from here on out, yes, forever. I’m sold! It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made. To feel the difference in my mood, my body, my overall health, I’d say it’s worth it.

To be honest, I thought that maybe, okay, I feel great now, but it’s only been a week. I’m sure it’ll wear off, or I’ll get sick of it eventually, but there was an important change I noticed right away — feeling less stress.
