Greetings Reciprocal writers,

This is the 28th post of the reading marathon. If you don’t know what is the reading marathon, here you can read it in detail.

Today we are going to explore wonderful author Julie Gaeta

She is a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor as well as an IIN holistic health coach. She writes on nutrition, growth, and other topics related to food. She is the mother of nine children. She prefers a simple way of living. She went on hikes, runs, rides a bike, and runs marathons. Here you can read more about her life if you’re interested.

So, let’s explore more of her stories.

She related a personal experience about the day her spouse informed her that he desired a divorce. It’s quite difficult for her to comprehend that after 22 years of marriage, he suddenly told her that he didn’t love her. The most touching story I’ve read on Medium is this one. Numerous other things are cracked when a relationship ends. It’s difficult to let go of someone you love dearly. I want to urge everyone to read the story below.

The only thing that motivated me to read her story was the fact that she draws on her own experiences and lessons to offer me insightful advice that I can use in my own life. She also writes about life and personal growth. Here is another post that she prepared that outlines what you should do when life gets difficult. Although troubles are a part of life, we should never allow them to take control of our actions. We simply need to adjust to life’s changes. The post below has some excellent life lessons that you can read about.

She also writes articles on diet and food. This is the one article she shared regarding the mistakes dieters should avoid. The essay goes into great depth about how she changed from being a vegetarian to a raw vegan. It will provide you with some useful advice on dieting.

We can enhance our lives by changing a few small habits. Simply said, we just need to work more to make our lives better. We cannot avoid stress; it is a part of our daily life. We can always handle it, though. She gave some straightforward tips for reducing stress.

The final piece of hers that I would like to mention was recently published. She is a wonderful mother who takes good care of her kids. She gave an example of a circumstance she encountered even after the divorce was finalized. It’s quite difficult to write about your own life but she did it gracefully. Julie is a very courageous woman.

I read her writing because I like how truthfully she tells her story. The Reciprocal authors are kindly invited to introduce the outstanding author and show their support for her. You can look through her articles here if you want to read more of her writing.
