Reading Stimulates Me to Write

Thrifty Words Theme Challenge #17: Stimulus

Photo by Felipe Palacio on Unsplash

Reading is my stimulus. It gives me ideas for stories and dreams, both bad and good.

According to Goodreads, I read 30 of my goal of 20 for 2020. My longest book was Feast of Crows, at 1,061 pages. My shortest, Make Money on Medium by Nicole Akers, 102 pages.

What stimulates you to write?

BTW, I also read a book by Brian Rowe, The Vampire Underground; two by Steve B Howard, Diet of a Destitute Poet and Just in Case; Productivity Success by Jack Heimbigner; and Positive Language by Gayle Kurtzer-Meyers.

So, yeah, I have a few book reviews to do for my Medium writing friends. If you have a book, let me know, I read a lot and will try to do a review.

Happy Holidays everyone!

Here’s this week’s thrifty words theme.

The submission guidelines.

Here’s my week #16 answer to the challenge “Sea.”
