In 1985, nine-year-old Sean Moeller of Michigan decided a holiday that encourages everyone to relax was a good idea, so National Relaxation Day was born. It’s definitely beneficial to take the time out to relax as much as possible, so these quotes are dedicated to the art of relaxation.
